We use fast and  precise LiDAR  technology to scan every inch of any building, including the exact dimensions, walls, infrastructure and even the mechanical, electrical and plumbing layout; both inside and outside.

3D Modeling

We are able to render 2D and 3D models and plans from scan to BIM, CAD, Revit, STEP  and SAT. We also use BOMA measurements to create as-built digital plans.

We start by meeting you to understand your space, your needs and your level of skill with the data and tools we usually work with.

Once we have all the information, we go to your space and start scanning. You don't have to do anything except let us in.  The process is fast and clean.

Once we have the data, we transform it however you like. We can make 2D/3D plans, models, a digital twin of your space, a virtual tour, you name it. We can also provide you with the raw data if you're more comfortable this way.

Our most powerful scanner. Able to take up to 2 million points of data per second and reaching upwards of 100 meters away, this beast won't miss a spot of your space.

Leica BLK360

More agile, the BLK's small size lets us reach into smaller spaces like ceilings and in between walls. When the job has to be done quickly and in harder conditions, this scanner is the one we bring.
