For a project to restore the facades of an apartment tower, they asked pointSpace to provide a complete scan of the facades to help them manage the work.


For a restoration project or facade intervention, survey accuracy is essential. Clear documentation of existing conditions helps teams better understand the actual state of the building, identify the areas that require work, coordinate the different stakeholders and monitor project progress with greater reliability.
