The role and responsibilities of the position.
In collaboration with the entire team, you will be responsible for as-built projects based on point clouds and field data.
Your experience and leadership will have an immediate impact: you will inspire the team, support daily production, and contribute to improving our standards. Your rigor, organizational skills, attention to detail, and versatility will be key to supporting the company’s growth.
- Permanent full-time position – 35 to 40 hours per week
- Flexible working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
- Salary: $32 to $45/hour depending on experience
- Modeling from point clouds (3D scanning)
- Produce QAQC drawings: plans / sections / elevations / details (layout, annotations, consistency)
- Document assumptions and limitations (non-visible areas, hidden elements, survey constraints)
- Participate in continuous improvement: templates, standards, methods, efficiency
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- DEC/AEC (architecture / building engineering / mechanical building systems / civil) or equivalent experience
- Bilingual
